I have come up with a leak in my 2003 50th. It is possible that because it rained, snowed and froze, that this had the door seals messed up and caused the seals to harden? Anyway is there a fix to soften the seals. And yes I now have it in a covered area.

John,
My best guess is that it has shrunk and is causing the leak!
It might be that you will have to wait for it to warm up to see if it is a permanent leak in the weather strip and you have to replace it!
The best way to remedy is a climate controled area - But come on really! So just do the best you can!
To check warm up the Vette turn on the heater and make it nice and hot inside and test the area and see if it stops do to the expansion from the heat!
Make sure that your roof locks are tight they do have an adjustment to tighten them down!
I am going to try and clean the weather strips (a little mild soap and water) tighten (if needed) clamps and see if that works. I'm thinking that it is the window seals with the removable top.
Does anybody know of some kind of treatment that can be applied to weather striping to make it work better? Sure would make my day if there was something.

You might have to tilt the top of the window in a bit, Apply some more pressure to the seal. There is an adjustment for this on the bottom of each door, I think it is covered with a rubber plug and then you need a 10mm to adjust.
Just a thought.
Here is a link that might help
