I'm sure this has been discussed in a previous thread but does anyone know how to change out the light bulb on the right front turn indicator / running light of an '03 Z06? The owner's manual gives instructions for headlamp, tail lamp and backup lamp replacement but it refers you to a dealer for anything else. Everything is sealed up from the bottom.... so I assume that I'm going to have to go in through the wheel well. Sure is a tight fit with the tire and wheel still on the car. Hopefully the car is better designed so that you don't have to remove a wheel and tire to change a light bulb.. Help!!!
There is an access panel just behind the spoiler extension on each side. (between the spoiler and the wheel well) There are 6 or 8 small screws and the panel comes out.
If you remove that panel, there is plenty of room to change the bulb from the bottom. I replaced the whole light assembly through the access hole.
Some people try to open the hood and reach down between the frame where the front hood bumper is and the headlight, but you have to have thin arms.
Others have also tried to go in through the brake duct opening, but I prefer to just take the extra time to remove the access panel.

The search function is your friend. Look at the information in the following thread:
In a nut shell
go through the air vent right below the turn signals and kinda reach around to get it. I have pretty big arms and this is the only way for me. It sucks, don't get me wrong, but after you do it a couple times it's a snap.
