I have a 99 frc and I was racing from a dig the other day and as I was about to shift out of 2nd in to 3rd gear at high rpms my car sputtered and started flashing reduced engine power and service traction system.
My question is has this happend to any of yall before and could you help with these codes that came up when I did a scan on the car.

What you're talking about sounds very similar to what happened to me last summer...bottom line for me was water got into my Body Control Module (BCM) which is located underneath your passenger floor mat (there's a compartment under there)....and the reason water got in was because my drain plug was clogged.
Take a look at that compartment and see if water got in...if it did, i can connect you with a thread Bill Curlee did on unclogging the plug
Thanks guys I appreciate it. The web site helped alot.

Holy crap!
Man, what the heck did you do?
I've never even heard of most of those, especially 1281 or 1278?!?!
Have you changed the clutch already? I'm assuming so. the 1153 and 1133 should be the front o2 sensors, they may need replacing. The skip shift circuit, if you didn't hook the skip shift eliminator back up correctly, this may be the issue. No idea about the other stuff though.
Id also ask if you have changed something on the air intake? The MAF sensor is located at the base of the carbon air bridge, maybe the intake tube is loose? Have you hooked up the NOS already?

That list is barely useful as you do not have any of the diagnostic info that goes with each code. How many of these codes are current and how many are history? The H or C after the code number lets you know. Use the DIC to clear the codes and drive the car to see what happens and how many codes are set again. Then post what you find in this thread.
When the intake is removed, the only two parts of the EVAP system removed are the solenoid electrical connector (driver's side between the intake and valve cover at center of motor) and the EVAP hose between the solenoid and the hose at the firewall. Check these first, the hose or connector may not be on fully.
Hey Dave no I have not messed with anything as far as removing the cats. I dont know what happened to cause all this bull sh** but the car still runs fine. That has only happened 2 times since I have had the car. Now for the reverse sensor I have know idea of how that happened I just didnt have reverse lights one evening. I dont even drive the car but 2 days a week. Thanks for all the help. When I get home this weekend I will clear all codes to see what comes back and post the results
Thanks Guys
