Default ECS and customer service

Just quick note to all about ECS's customer service and how they stand behind their workmanship. I noticed a small leak of meth just behind my driver side wheel after I filled up my tank for a romp this past Monday afternoon. I shot Chris a IM and he responded right away and had me come in the next morning at 8:30. Within an hr the problem was found, fixed and I was out the door. Since I was there and it was time for an oil change, I had it done. As far as the broken part.....no song, no dance, fixed for free! It turned out that the seal on small pump under the windshield washer fluid container was the problem so I had them remove the pump and plug the hole. I had the pump disconnected any way when the meth kit went in to avoid forgetting and spraying meth on my windshield by accident. TC Barry

I've dealt we ECS on a number of upgrades. Chris, Doug and the entire ECS team are the best. Can't say enough about their customer service. If you have a question-you get a response ASAP.

Yup- I can relate...a year after I did h/c, i added a bigger air bridge; found out at a dyno day I leaned out the AFR a little. Chris re-strapped the vette it to his dyno, and re-adjusted the tune for free.

These guys are the best!! I have driven 5 hours one way more than once for them to do performance mods to my C5 and I am happy that I did. Chris and Doug care about their products and their customers.

Add me to the heap of positive responses here. I was just there yesterday for headers, cats and X pipe and can tell youse that these folks go the extra mile to enhance your Corvette experience. Many thanks to Chris, Doug, John, Mark, Mike, Fran and the rest of the crew. If there is something that ECS offers and you want, "For the love of Duntov!" send Chris an E Mail and "Giter Done".

Two things I include in my prayers each night,,,, Thank you Philadelphia for Garcia,,,,,, and that I feel blessed to have ECS just about in my backyard.
