The size and fitment is the same as all of the C6 OEM wheels. OEM C6 wheels fit the front of a C5 without issues - the rears don't have enough offset. But none of this has stopped anyone that has them from installing them on the C5. Typically a spacer is used (personally I think that's a bad idea - but JMHO).
Eventually - the aftermarket will make replica wheels in C5 fitment (if they haven't already done so).

Just a matter of time. In fact, in the latest issue of Corvette Magazine, Factory Reproductions has an advertisement that shows the 2008 wheels in 17x8.5, 18x9.5, 18x8.5, 19x10, and 19x11 sizes.
