The numbers go way up when you let off or you are going down hill.

I average 91.2 in my 'vette but I only drive it down hill in netural with a 30 knot tail wind.... if I pop the hood and use it as a spinnaker I can break 100mpg.... can't see where I'm going but get damn good gas mileage getn' there.....

You can't break 100mpg. I've tried DIC tops out at 99.9 mpg. I've found out in the most unfortunate of ways; car shutting off @ highway speeds. 0 gas + moving = infinity mpg but it only shows 99.9.
