Those are the Stainless Steel Brake Company's brakes. I'm currently running the BRK-A187 set with Carbotech 10s in front. They fit under the stock 17" wheels and, although they probably aren't as good as a true Big Brake kit, they are great brakes. I easily cut one shut down marker off most corners. They're not too much for my T1Rs and perfect for my stickies. At a third of the price of the big brake kits and with the retention of stock wheels, I'd buy another set in a heart beat.
