I bought the key hole covers from Southern Car parts (looks great). The price was one for 19.00 or two for 29.00. My thought was, I have two doors so I need two. What idiot would only buy one for the drivers door. WELL, as many of you know the passenger door does NOT have a key hole. What a surprise to me. As they say, "Here's your sign".

LOL. Well, 97-99 have both lock cylinders. The passenger side lock was eliminated in 2000. Sell the other cover to someone with a 2000 or newer.
dont feel so bad i ALMOST did the same thing haha...i ended up going to the pass side of my car for some random reason and realized it totally does not have a lock cyl. Thankfully for me i still have not ordered mine yet so i am good to go. But while i was looking at getting them....i was really close to buying 2.

How would you know if ya never put a key in that lock.
It's easier to make your own. Home Depot.I think it was about 2.99 for six of them. Some 2 sided tape, color match paint, clear coat and you are done.
Easier? I don't think so. Cheaper, yes, but easier? Also, two sided tape may make it difficult to remove the cover, if you ever need to use the key to unlock the door. Just a thought.
