Default Loose drivers side window???

Not sure how to explain this but the drivers side window seems loose and rattles and definitely has more play in it than it should. Has anyone else has this problem and is there a fix for it?

The car is a 1999 FRC.

YUP,
I had that exact problem with my 98, and i had to replace the window motor regulator. You can get the entire assembly from GMpartsdirect.com or GMpartshouse.com for less than 300, and they are pretty easy to install.

The problem is that the slides that the window rides up and down on are worn out (either from a lot of use or someone used your window to close the door), and they now have a lot of play in them.

Had mine at the stealer yesterday and they had to replace the window regulator. I want to say that it was close to a $500.00 fix with labor. Thankfully, I still have a few weeks left on my GMPP. I warned the stealer that I'll be back next week for more work while I'm still covered.

Try this link. You will not be disappointed price wise.
http://www.smcperformance.com
I bought mine from there. They shipped it to me in 3 days!
Regulator motor is made in Germany (???) but works fine.
