Junior members are those with low post counts(newbies), as you make more posts you will move to Regular member and finally to Senior member(something like 200 posts)...We shoot those who try to build post counts up by going to threads and posting nothing other than stupid things like: , or , or OR those that ignore dates of long dead threads and revive long dead threads like 'What's the best Radar detector?', or 'What oil should I use...or that nasty little one, 'Whats the best tires for my car?' The BIG stars are for supporting or lifetime members, you get a much larger storage area for private messages and the ability to attach files to your posts, and you have a gallery area where you can save stuff here and not on your computer...other things you'll see are Cruise-In XXX Veteran...you have to go on the Yearly Cruise-in to Bowling Green, Ky. to earn that...Donating $$$ to the St. Jude Childrens hospital will get you a tag...BUT, more importantly, you'll help some wonderful kids that need help. Oh yes...and the little stars...those have to do with the total number of posts you have made....Don't worry so much about that stuff, hahaha, some guys here never do anything but put smilies in every thread they see...they post alot but never say anything. Welcome to the Board!!

Gawd...I love that avatar, IOU 99....

I was also wondering why I was noted as Senior member when I have only been here a few months.

You have 324 total posts, and you average 1.75 posts per day in the short 5.5 months you have been here, anything over 100 posts will bump you to Senior...Heck we have members that have been here for FOREVER, and only have under 50 posts...some people read alot and don't comment, some come and get whatever info they need and leave...some sell their cars and we never see them again.....Trust me, the only time the number of posts you have will matter is if you are selling something on the For Sale thread...the post counts helps people see you are active here and not just someone that registered so you could sell something...or rip them off. Filling out your Profils will help people know you better as well...Some people will NOT buy from you unless you fill the profile out...others have no idea what a profile even is...

Also this guys....If you find a topic that helps you solve a problem you have, or request suggestions to a problem...once you get the problem fixed, post up and let those who helped you know what fixed it....That is something MANY that help others here complain about, Someone ask for suggestions or advice...then never lets anyone know if it fixed the problem or not...They are much more apt to help if you give them feedback AND, if you have knowledge or suggestions that are appropiate, post up...we don't judge anyone by their post count, we judge you by the things you say and how you act in here...Again, Welcome!
