Check engine light, help car failed PPI
The seller took my future C5 to the Chevrolet dealer for a PPI. The dealer said needs belts, rear brakes I figure my cost it is an 8 year old car with 48,000 miles. But the check engine light is on and the dealer said they have to drop the tank to fix something on top of the tank at the cost of 500.00 or more. The seller said he would knock 500.00 off the price if I fix it and smog it, but I feel they could be more costs involved, opinions please?
