Hmmm... not to crazy about those. It makes the car look like a classic Thunderbird. I like the classic Thunderbird, but I don't want to turn my C5 into one.

If you are really interested in going this route, be aware:
- That these conversions are expensive (with donor C5 between ~$55 and $95k)
- You cannot get 'over sized' wheels/tires on the conversion - must stay with stock rims/tire sizes.
- The resale value is poor.
If you want one, these Vettes come up for sale every so often.
The last one I bid on was probably the best I'd ever seen. Overall the conversion cost was over ~$100k.

I heard if you do that it will bring downthe weight of your car. Not sure how much but I think the body parts are lighter.
