Halltech experience.
I just wonder sometimes how businesses stay in business with a total lack of customer service.
I ordered a Halltech C5 Tunnel Port system from Halltech directly on January 11th. I receive an order confirmation on the same day stating it would ship UPS ground.
When I called on the 21st to check on the status of my order they informed me they don't have the Tunnel Port systems in stock and have no idea when they will ever receive them because the company that makes them has larger customers then Halltech and they are taken care of last.
I asked them why they don't inform their customers when items are out of stock or back ordered? Their response was that they didn't charge my credit card
I called again yesterday to find out if they have any idea when they would have these in stock? The man I spoke with told me he would check and call me right back
never called!
Does anyone know where I can purchase one of these somewhere other than HALLTECH?
