I just bought a set of Faulkens in stock sizes, non runflats, $604.40 mounted and balanced. A Vette buddy rolls on them and now I do too! I love the better ride, no noise and grip over the GY runcraps I took off!

I'm running the Falken F452's all around since Aug 07, made a cross country run, (MS to CA), and am completely satisfied.
I've been running Nankang NSII tires for about ~15k miles so far and I love them. Last summer they were very grippy, great in the rain, and very quiet. Now that the temperature has dropped they still stick very well also. I recently found out they are considered an all season radial, but they have a very agressive aquatread pattern. Most of all they were about $205 per tire 18" fronts and $215 each for 19" rears. Since this is a daily driver I will certainly buy them again, but not yet because the treads are still looking good
I just bought two new Michelin PS2's 275/35/18 for the front from discount tire $596 shipped and 2 used Michelin PS2 305/30/19 w/60% tread for $150 each.
Actually, I have (5) used Michelin PS2 305/30/19's with decent tread. I just check Craigslist periodically for someone selling used 305/30/19's and pick them up if the price is right. That way I don't have to worry about $$$ when I am doing burnouts all over the place.
I got a set of four Pirelli P-Zero Rossos 18/19" for $380-400 last year. They are almost down to the wear bar now and are getting slippery. I’ll be mounting my PS2's this weekend. Oh yeah, I found a tire shop near my hous that will mount and balance them for $15 each.
Did a lot of shopping and research on non runflats for my 2000 C5.
Went with the BFG G Force Super Sport AS with Discount Tire for $892 out the door with all the lifetime stuff and rebuilding of the TPS, etc.
Am very happy with the ride and no noise, was running GY runflats before. Got the usual in the trunk, scissor jack, compressor, tire kit, etc. Look at the article on these tires in Road & Track, Feb. 2008, pg. 100.
Used this site and all the good information to great use. Went with the Generals, best thing I did to this vette so far. Much less noise, less dollars than the run flats, and a smoother ride!!!
