It is cold here!
Yea, I live about 10 miles from you and a whole lot of Al Gore is dropping on my driveway. My car is at Straightline (300 miles) in IL. and I'm suppose to pick it up Saturday morning.

I live in the frozen northeast and mine is resting comfortably in a heated dehumidified garage on top of the lift with her sister sleeping below. That snow outside is no place for Garage Queens

My white thing is out in the snow too! However, my white thing is a
GMC diesel 4wd pick-up. The vette is safe at home on jack stands
undergoing maintenance.
I wouldn't care if the 'stang had a 50k paint job it would be out in the snow!

They were calling for 4-8 inches of snow here, but looks like the worst of it passed by us. It's snowing now, but looks like we may only end up with a couple of inches of snow when it is all said and done.

my vette and I are real close friends,,, and it just dont seem right to leave her in the cold snowy outdoors. I know she would never shove me in the cold not to let a da&% Ford take my place !!

Arctic White is an "outdoor vet" and has run over 50,000 miles in the past three years... not affected by weather... runs goood. The garage is occupied with a 70 Mustang Convertible and another Corvette. It's okay A W has acclamated to the weather years ago. I was just kidding about loosing the race.

I drove a customer's Corvette back from a dyno tune at FLP in Naperville to our shop in Mundelein late yesterday afternoon and it only took me 4 1/2 hours to drive about 40 miles. Fortunately, the car had snow tires on it and it handled suprisingly well. It's the first (and hopefully the last) time I'll ever drive a Vette in the snow. We have at least 10 inches of snow on the ground this morning and it's still coming down.
