I also think they are a nice addition but the haters will be chiming in real quick as if all there mods or additions are perfect. I say to each there own and if you like it go for it.

I agree, looks good. I like them best on dark colors--Don't think they would look right on my silver, but then again, I have carbon fiber blackouts.

Im not a fan of louvers. Atleast you didn't put the chrome ones on along with the chrome louver for the license plate area and the rear side markers lol The color matched ones aren't toooooo bad I guess

Yup, some folks are haters..... However I like them enough to put on both of our cars. I'm a little torn because I've installed LED tail lights and it's kind of a shame to cover them. David

In response to notnuts16. I never liked taillight louvers. When I bought my car, it had the same ones as you have, but pewter to match my car. The first thing I was going to do when I got it home was remove them. But I saw three Vettes on the way and the lights just looked plain. Over two years later, they are still on the car. Don't get me wrong, I do not like most of them, but the ones we have I like. They look like they came that way from the factory. But to each his/her own and I don't knock Vette owners for their choices. They look very good. My 2 cents.

Had color matching MSG louvers on my Vette for over a year. Finally i just didn't like them anymore and took them off. Also had billet chrome side marker on. Now they are off also. Now i am deciding if i want to take the turbocharged badges off also and just go back to the stock look.

Mine had the louvers on it when I bought it. I removed them and flushed the taillights instead. I can definitely say that they would look TERRIBLE with louvers AND flushed lights. The louvers would stick out quite a bit.

The louvers weren't my thing. So they sit in my garage with the license plate piece too. To each their own, some people hate the flushed lights too.
