Default Any Idea?

My cousin just sent me some photos of the 99 FRC he picked up. I noticed this writing on the drivers side inner fender cover. Was this common, production # or just from a proud UAW assembler?

Looks like it was the 7,999th car off the line and someone signed it.

I have never seen exterior writing or signing, but I took off a door panel on my 99 and there were four or five signatures in there.

Good, makes his FRC rarer. He is even more of a clean freak me, I can see him going between the letters detailing with a Q-tip...

That was my guess too.

Salvage yard part - Katrina Car - Also could be the auction price......

Looks like a stock number from a car lot, Maybe it is and when it was checked out they had to sign it.
Just a guess.

So far it looks like it has. It's not in the VIN and CarFax is clean. A one owner car sold by a small (private) Florida collector/dealer.

You, or your friend should ask the dealer where he bought it from, see if they know anything about it.
