These caps would be something that I as a female Corvette owner could install without help from my husband. My 04 Lemans Edition is totally bone stock and this would add a nice surprise under the hood.
I need some shiny stuff under there and they would really add to the appearance of my pretty much stock looking engine compartment plus they are the nicest quality caps I've seen. Then I will have more money to spend on other items like a C5 HID Low-Beam Conversion Kit.
The reason I don't want these..is because my wife won't believe me when I tell her I got them for free....I tried that already and she wasn't happy when she found the credit card bill.
Nice Caps!..I would be happy to display them on my car .....
I would love to have those caps. I just bought my C5 in November and put everything I had in the purchase. It's going to be several years before I can afford bling of any kind. As you can see I can't even afford a decent camera for good pics. As you can see it's pretty bland looking. Now ask yourself is that not pathetic or what?
These would be the first pieces of chrome under the hood. I need a pick-me-up to get me out of my depression over the Patriots Super Bowl loss and this would vertainly do it.
If I had chrome engine caps from http://www.djmotorsportaccessories.com/
I could take pictures of my crappy looking engine bay and people would say "Wow" instead of "Eww"..................
I've only had the car a few weeks and its completely stock. As a matter of fact, neighborhood kids laugh and throw frozen vegetables at me when I drive by. For the love of humanity would you make the pain stop......

My "primer car" has become depressed and could use some contrast (read something shinier than "gray/black") to lift it's spirits and bring some joy to it's Northeastern winter experience. I bought it some nice old school fuel rail covers (which helped) but I think the twinkle of your shiny cap covers would be just what it needs to feel like a productive member of the automotive world again. Please renew my car to it's former self!
