Default c6 emblems

Did a quick search and didn't come up with anything... Has anyone put C6 emblems on their C5?

Don't know. That's why I'm asking if anyone has to see if I like the look. A vette's a vette. Doesn't matter what generation emblems it's got. It's not like I'm gonna put the C6's 505HP Z06 side emblems on my 405HP C5 Z06. I'm talking about the plain hood and trunk lid emblems that have the same crossed flags as every other Corvette since the C1.

i've seen it before. the front has to be modified to get the pins to line up. the back is an easy stick-on.

the upside is they're easier to clean, the downside is they're from another generation.

Looks pretty good. Would you happen to know if they're flexible like the C5 emblems so they can curve with the body?

England Green put C6 emblems on his car, because he likes the look of them better, if I remember correctly. I have seen some people also cut the circle part of the C5 emblem off which makes it look somewhat like a C6 emblem

The last guy that posted a picture of that got ragged and called a poser. It's frowned on by most but hey, it's your ride. You could put cobra emblems on it if you wanted to.

I like the C6 emblem, but I do not think it belongs on a C5

It's your car - do what you want, but personally I wouldn't put a C6 emblem on my C5. In fact, I won't even wear a shirt or hat with the C6 emblem.....I would feel like a poseur.

Each generation has it's own designated emblems and to cross it over would be posing!

I'm not a fan of mixing Corvette Generational emblems and such.

I cut the circle off the emblem and used it on my exhaust plate. You are right, it is easier to clean.

FOLKS, chill out,Ive owned my 69 for ten years before I added my C5.Vets are far and away my favorite performance car(I like all cool cars)and over the years I bought all kinds of corvette hats and shirts, because it said "CORVETTE"What's with all this POSEUR crap---they aren't making you wear it or put it on your car.As a matter of fact I used humor and a hat to get my C5. Just after I bought the hat I left it at my bro.in laws house, and forgot about it.They thought it would be funny to wrap it up as a Xmas present(thinking I wouldn't notice it,I didn't)Laughingly I said "now I need to get a car to match. She'd been leaning towards one for trips anyhow.BINGO I got one.I'll wear any vet stuff any time because I love vets,,Not because I'm POSING !!Thats the kind of stuff that gives outsiders the." OH YOU HAVE A CORVETTE "amo. It's why some have custom some have custom and some in between.Would I attach 6 emblems on mine---no,Would I flame a guy for doing it NO he drives a vet, that's good enough for me.Only the "purist" would notice anyhow.I thought it looked good.
