You could always move an hour to the south, I live in Mississauga and I've been driving my C5 year round here. We don't get nearly as much snow as you guys in Barrie get. This winter has been especially bad though, but even still there have only been about 6 or 7 days this winter that I haven't driven my car. The rest of the time it's out. Sure, it's not as much fun to see it all dirty from the yucky road salt they dump down:

...but that hasn't seemed to hurt my car, I get it washed every Saturday at a detail shop through the wintertime and it still cleans up pretty nicely for a ten year old car with 90,000 miles on it:

I'm with you. I can't wait till spring either. Purchase my Vette last October. Put a couple hundred miles on her then had to put her up for the winter. Still alot of snow here. Won't be till April before I can uncover the car.

In TN, if you don't like the weather today, just wait untill tomorrow. It can be in the 60's one day and in the 20's the next. The Weather Channel is the favorite thing to watch for Vette lover's in this area.

I hope your anti-freeze temperature is only good for the low 70 degree temp... It is not above 30 degrees here for the rest of the week....

when you don't have a car that will melt when it snows, winter is not a big deal but with a vette, everyday sucks in the winter. And then you think about it more and more which makes it seem even longer. A vicious cycle

Sorry about that. Maybe that's why we saw a few cars with Canadian plates heading south from Vegas to LA. Snow birds?
