There is a guy at work that has them on his chevy truck. Keeps trying to claim its a vette edition. I just ignore him

Come on, let's not be condescending. The guy's a GM fan, and a Corvette enthusiast. We were all there once before we could afford Vettes.

I wouldn't do it to my Camaro, but it doesn't seem that terrible to me.
I used to have corvette center caps on my ZR1 wheels with the C4 emblem on them. I thought it looked ok.

I too was a Camaro owner before I was a Vette owner but I didn't do the logo thingy.

Well he does have a Corvette engine in it since its a Z28. And the Camaro is considered to be the poor mans Corvette.
