Stupid question but need some help.
My 2kvette is blowing air in all vents. Somebody told me the vaccum line should be broken and after removing the battery I found the problem.
Now, I would like to replace the vaccum line and I cannot find "from where to where" it goes.
Can somebody help me? Any diagram? Thanks
Its in the MIDDLE of the wiring harness going TOWARD the engine
I had the same problem. Found the melted and acidified one going thru the firewall and then down to the check valve inside the right front fender but couldn't find the vacuum source. Unwrapped about 8 inches of the friction tape like material on the cable harness coming across from the engine. Sure enough the source plastic line was there. Used rubber vacuum line and replaced MOST but not ALL of the plastic line. You HAVE TO remove the battery tray taking out 4 bolts and use a lot of warm water and baking soda on everything under the battery to neutralize all the battery acid. BIGHANK
