Are you talking vents that function or just for looks?
Lund makes some stick on vents. But I am sure you wouldn't want to use them.
Why is that? There aren't many (if at all) modern oem manufacturer vents that one could adapt for C5/Z06 use. I can't think of any after market vents, either, with the exception of the after market hoods with integral vents/scoops.
Maybe a good DIY project to figure out something in 'glass or fabricated metal that could be adapted?

If you haven't see Lund hood scoops the ones I have seen stick on the hood with dbl sided tape and look like doo.
jmo
I am sure if you are a body/Glassman one could mold them on and look good.
I just did a quick internet search and found the typical double sided tape or bolt on JC WHITNEY and LUND offerings.
I did find one write up by an owner who decided to DIY on his import... http://www.240sx.org/links/installs/hood/hood.htm

That's the kind of thing I'm probably going to do... something similar to this setup though.

Heck no, I would like to find a pair of units that I could place
on the rear 1/3 or so of the hood to allow hot air to exit the
engine compartment.
Like all of you I saw the cheeseball stuff, but it doesn't even
look good on a Yugo, so it won't be on my coupe.

If you're interested in some NACA ducts, you can find carbon fiber ones here:
