As some of you have been following some of my post.....I bought a 02 MY 6sp with 25k miles on it ....it was stock when i got it and i ordered all kinds of stuff.....the biggest mods were a centerforce clutch and a complete upgrade on the stereo and rims.....The stereo is in progress as we speak ...as a matter of fact in these picstures which were just taking tonight ....if you opened up the car on the inside it is all tore apart because some of the items were delayed in shipping due to bad weather, but the shop still wanted to put the car in the display booth. Here are a few pics of the car so far....i will be adding more next week as the progress continues.
This is the Carl Casper Custom Auto Show in Louisville KY
Thank you .....however i realized tonight when i was up there that i cant be around it when people are looking at it ....for example....2 guys about 18 or so where looking at it ....they had no idea i was the owner and one said to the other ...."That car is incredible....I would give anything to drive that for a weekend" His freind said "You think that is cool??...I would rather drive my dads Volvo I have seen way better". My wife grabbed my arm and started pulling me away cause she was afraid i was gonna say something
You think it was bad they were "talking" about it, wait until they start touching it, leaning on it, rubbing against it with zippers, belt buckles, etc!! I hope not for your sake!! People have gotten better about that over the years, haven't they???
Dr--somewhere along the way, you'll learn as I did during 15 years of car shows with many, many different cars--everyone views a particular car differently, some will LIKE it, some WILL NOT! No big deal, if we all liked the same thing, it's be a very boring world! To each is own
PS--rather than being concerned about what people thought about my car, I'd be scared to death that one of those wheels stacked on top of the boxes next to me would get knocked off and roll into my car!!!

Nice looking car! Question, how do you drive with the front window tinted that dark?
Funny thing is You can see great ...its just like wearing sunglasses the only down fall to it is at night it looks like your altenator is going bad cause the headlights look dim but HID's are on the way.
Wethingtonvette8093 I will be up there sunday, hope your still there !! sharp car !
I will be actually working at the car lot from 1-5 but the car will be up there. PM me and let me know what time ya think im just right down the road....would love to meet another member from the board
Sean, those rims do set it off! Great choice, I can see why you were so amped about getting them.
For those of you who are local (Louisville), you've got to get by and meet Sean...cool as hell. I meet him at his lot one day while peeking out his ride. We'll have to get together and cruise this spring for sure. Also, if you're in the market for another ride, Sean has some clean rides on his lot. As a matter of fact, there was a blue C6 down there the other day.
