Default D'oh! Bodywork question/advice requested

All...after successfully parking daily in a tight underground garage in Germany for 2 years, which required precision backing and manually rolling my '98 the last half-foot into my spot, I lapsed tonight while parking in my new underground parking space in Arlington, VA.
I scraped the rear right of my Vette on the white, concrete covered support that I normally negotiate around to park my car. Conveniently, the scrape occurred right at the seam where the rear-right quarter panel meets the bumper panel of the car. There is some significant scratching, some small cracking of the panel near the seam as well as the panel being slightly out of position (pushed inward just so it's not flush with the other panel anymore).
Has anyone gone through the bodywork experience (specifically these two panels)? What might I be looking at for repairs? How would you proceed if it was your car? (I am covered, but have a $1000 collision deductible) Should both panels be replaced? Can anyone recommend a shop in the Northern Virginia/D.C. area?
Photos of the carnage can be viewed at:

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks,

A Dejected and Frustrated C5 owner, Matt

That doesn't look too bad, doesn't look like you cracked the SMC.

I have no experience but I heard Tony's Corvette shop in Gaithersburg MD is good.
