Default Tire on Nubs

I need your opinion....I have Michelin Pilot ZP A/S on the back and the middle part is slick/no tread, however the outer edge component lines look good still. This means I have been running the tire with too much pressure. Can I underinflate the tires to 25-27 PSI and still get another 1500 miles out of it? The fronts I just replaced, the back tire are the problem in questions. Thanks for your help.

What's the worst that could happen? I get a flat and then run on the run-flat to get it fixed or am I full of BS?

Doubtful since it will still wear thru contact. Time for new shoes.

Sounds like normal wear to me. I would just change out the rears keep them at 30 PSI (cold)

Light up the old ones, and buy some new ones.

Well since the weather will be flexing back and forth and finally gets warmer, I dont think I would chance it. Replace the back tires, and get a good nights sleep.
