Ruff Racing 19/20" Wheels

I've got my 19/20" Chrome Foose Speedsters up for sale and I'm looking to get a set of Ruff Racing Black wheels with a polished lip or a set of C5 ZO6 Black/polished lip wheels. Do the RR wheels have a shiny polished lip or is it more of a dull finish? Is it polishable or do they have the lip clear coated?

I'm looking to get the 280's or 281's in the 19/20" sizes. Where the cheapest place to buy these?

Please post pics of your Black/Polished lip Ruff Racing wheels and Black/Polished Lip ZO6 Wheels!
