Vinyl Decal Maintenance
Can anyone recommend a safe and effective way to maintain vinyl decals and keep them from drying/cracking.
I have a parade car that has decals all over but I am at a loss as to how to maintain these decals.

Not much you can really do over time, except minimize the aging and drying out by not leaving the car out too much under the sun, and keeping it as clean as you can w/o going nuts. My C5R decals are going on five years, and they are starting to show some signs of wear, so much so that this spring I will be redoing the big Compuware decals on the sides, as they are starting to fray off at the edges. The C6R decals are going on two years and they are in excellent shape, though I must say I was a bit more experienced when I did the 06 Z, as I put them on "wet" and squeegied them off thoroughly, whereas I did the C5R "dry" and in the dead of winter, so its life expectancy will not be as good.
