Weather stripping
Is there a trick to it? My drivers side doors weatherstripping has come out and I have tried to just push it back in, but it keeps coming loose.
Any tips or tricks? Should I be using a bead of silocone?

Haven’t had to secure weather stripping in quite awhile.
There are companies like 3M who make weather stripping adhesive. Personally I prefer using a BLACK colored adhesive.
Some adhesives are dark yellow – they work fine except colors like yellow is more visible if not applied exactly (fully) under the weather strip.
Buy at any auto parts store.

You have to use adhesive.
