Default OK I give up...

I tried to get my catback on myself but the damn thing wont stay clamped tight enough. I don't have the leverage to get those chinese clamps tightened down. So thats it! After almost being crushed by my car, spraining my wrist and popping off my Carravaggio rear spoiler, I'm bringing it to my trusted auto shop where a fellow car lover (mechanic with a mint 68 pontiac) will do me the honor of installing my WCC xpipe and spot welding my Granatelli catbacks so they stop shifting around under my 98s a$$. Sometimes it just doesn't pay to do it yourself.
When i spoke to him the other day he asked me how much i paid for the catback and xpipe. It came out to about $650 plus his upcoming install of an hours labor of $85. He told me he couldv've done a custom install using magnaflow mufflers and SS mandrel bent pipe for $400. And that was him making his own xpipe. But I'm just too happy with the sound of the granatellis to worry about it. I'll shoot some pics when i get her back tomorrow.

Or you could've just bought upgraded band clamps for $5.

If you like the sound of the Granatelli, then you probably wouldn't have liked the sound of the magnaflow mufflers. Very quite.
