Yes, they will fit without spacers. They will rub VERY slightly in the rear. So unless you want any wear marks, you should run a small spacer.
( I didn't, but really should have. )

The bolt pattern (5 x120mm) is the same. 18" and 19" wheels fit the C5 without any issues. But the issue is the offset. The front offsets are almost identical, so there is no problem there (56mm). But the back offsets are a problem - the stock C5 offset is 63mm. The C6 wheels are 79mm offset. So the issue is that the tires will rub on the chassis side of the rear fender wells.
If you haven't bought them yet, you can buy repro. C6 wheels that are made with C5 offsets. I bought some chrome C6 wheels from House of Wheels, a supporting vendor. They fit fine, with no issues.
I bought a set on Ebay with the correct offset. 56mm all round and they fit great.
That's not the correct offset for the back, that offset on the rear might cause your wheel to stick out past the fender. The offset for the rear should be 63
I've got some pics but they're huge and I don't have any way to resize them to post on here. If you want to see them send me your email address. I've got a program that will resize them when you attach them to email.
Man! Those look sharp!! Now I just have to decide on those or a set of the split spoke type that comes on the new 08 model!
Thanks
Tom
I was thinking about getting a second set of those, but in a wider wheel and tire combination than I have now. Right now I have 18/8.5 on front and 19/9.5 on the rear. If I decide to get a second set of the split spokes, I was going to go with 18/9.5 or 10 up front and 19/11 on the rear.
