Depends on use really - if it's a garage queen or even daily driver I would say you never need to change it, just make sure it's topped off.
For a car that sees drags, track days, etc - I would do it once a year...

I would add if it's a garage queen to change it at the first sign of noise when you make sharp turns going very slow. The clutch plates can 'dry out' and changing the fluid will silence them again.
