Well tonight my car went crazy, DIC displayed every message that it could. It ran fine and I got it home and ran the codes. I can't get the drivers door to lock or unlock and the window won't go up.

What should I look for ?? At this time I'm charging my battery to make sure it's fully charged.

Also in Bills sticky, I think there is a note about the wires that run from the car to the door control modules. There is a wire there that gets rubbed until it grounds and shorts out. This has been the cause of more trouble than anything. Check there wires in both your doors and see if there is a bare one when you pull the corrugated cover away.

Bill-
Reach in the door jamb- grab the accordian pleated cable cover and shake it back and forth. When you have some time - remove the inner door panel and inspect the door control module and look at the connection to the module. Make sure the connection is clean and tight.
My car did the same thing several times, and I got to the point that I concluded this anomoly had something to do with abruptly opening the door all the way to it's stop. I checked the routing of the cable through the door and through the accordian pleat into the inner fender. I made sure I saw no rips or cuts in the insulation, made sure that the cable wasn't kinked and that both ends were terminated in clean and tight connectors. I also removed the LDCM, opened the case and looked at the circuit board....thinking that I might see some evidence of a burned circuit, etc. I took some of that air in a can that you use to clean your keyboard and made sure there was no dust. I buttoned everything back up, and the problem has not re-appeared.
Did I fix anything? I don't know....but the problem has not resurfaced.
If you need instructions on how to remove the door panel - here are some of Ken King's excellent step by step instructions....
Thanks Randy and Tim, as soon as I get back from an 11:00 appointment I'm going to start with the doors then the grounds. I'll let you know the results. Again thanks.
Well I hope this was the problem...The door lock and window now work Thanks to everyone who responded to my cry for help and to Bill Curlee's sticky in the tech section. here's what I found...
So was it binding somewhere and pulled the wire from the connector or you think it was that way originally?
What is all that yellow/mustard colored stuff?
That was inside of the door, it looks like just age on the rubber I'll clean it up then put it back together. It seems to be a common problem so it could be a defect or as mentioned just opening the door so many times pulled the wire out. This is the first problem that I've had and with the help of CF I fixed it myself. Very rewarding not to have to go to a shop to get it fixed.
Ed, Thanks what a scare...Bells ringing, interior light going off and on, radio shut off, window not working, door lock not working.. But all seems fine , I cleared all the codes and I'll go for a spin and see if any come back.

Randy , if you remove the accordion tube from the door and door pillar you can fish the plug out from the pillar. The plug was plugged in but as you can see the wire was pulled out. I took the plug a part and re inserted the wire.Cleaned both male and female and plugged it back together. Cleared the codes and charged the battery. Now everything works and no codes.

Hmmmmmm, I wonder if that was my problem. Thanks for the tip, Bill!
Randy it seem this is a common problem, Bill Curlee's tech article was of great help... I did read all 24 pages There was a photo that showed the same wire pulled out of the plug, and when I fished the bundle out the same wire was exposed. I just took a ride, over some speed bumps and checked for codes and nothing. It's very easy to check the plug took about 4 minutes at the most.
Glenn, I called my son to jump my car, after guys pushed me to pop start it but that didn't work. I didn't want to disturb anyone at the meeting. I wanted someone to follow me home just in case the car died again. It all worked out, but what a pia it was. After finding what was wrong the fix only took minutes. I read 494 posts in the Bill Curlee sticky in the tech section. ( till 2:30 AM) Everything is fine now no codes and everything is working. Bill

Bill, I had no idea any of this was going on with you until just now.
I saw you Thursday night and you didn't say a thing.....
I don't know how much I really helped him, Glenn. I might have gotten him pointed in the right direction......maybe. Anyway, it's all good. We're one big family and that's what families do - help each other.
Randy you did help push me in the right direction, I'm not to proud to say I'm stuck and ask for help. Now I know how to help someone else who may come across the same problem. That's what makes CF so great. Glenn has help me with a few issues and even lowered my for for me, and I'm great full to for his help and great advice.
