I can't wait for Saturday! First ALMS race of the season. The 12 hours of Sebring.
Someday I'll actually make it out to Florida to see it in person, but for now I'll have to stick to the Speed Channel. That reminds me... does anyone have digital cable? Haha I don't get Speed Channel with basic cable.

ALMS - CORVETTE'S RULE. It's racing season again....let's roll dudes!!
I'm from Florida and have been to Sebring ( long time ago). It's one big party!! However, if you ever go, DO NOT camp in the infield ( you can't leave until the race is over ) and bring ear plugs.
It's been a long cold winter here in Wisconsin, it feels good to get the racing saeson started. Corvette owners are lucky to have the Pratt & Miller/Katech C6R's to carry our flag. They ROCK!
Also, and no lesser extent, is the LG Motorsports/Riley entry in GT2 ! Lou thanks for the step up and best of luck! Here's to another awesome season for Corvette Racing!

I will actually miss it this year for the first time in a while, but I will be watching it. The Pratt & Miller C6R's should not have much problem with the Aston Martin in this race, but we will see what IMSA does with restriction on them as the year goes on (that is if the AM continues on).
I want to give a call out to Lou Gigliotti. Qualified 7th in a field on 16 in GT2. That is a great result seeing this is his first ALMS event. Now we have Corvettes in both GT1 and GT2. Go get them Lou.

It must have been some time since you have been there. My son and I camp in the infield, better known as Green Park, and you can leave when ever. Actually the spring breakers just drive back and forth across the drive over bridgefrom one side of the track to the other.
If you do ever get the chance to go I will say that do not plan on camping in Green PArk or going over there if you have kids with you (my son is 29). It can get a little wild. Remember this is spring break time in Florida, and there are some there thatnever see the race.
