Default Help identify these lug caps

I have these stainless lug caps that I got from a forum member a while back. I have not ever seen anyone else's car with them. Are they factory? If so, what year and model came with these? All the replacement caps I have seen were painted plastic. Are these maybe from the Z16 CE polished wheels? Any knowledgeable input is aprieciated.

I bought a set for my Pontiac on ebay a couple of years ago.

They are 12mm X 1.5 pitch. I found a vendor in California. It's not the one I bought from but I just did a quick search

Plastic that cracks if you over tighten it.

All 04's came with stainless lug nuts not caps.

Ok, thanks everyone for the info. It appears that the covers I have are indeed aftermarket and not GM unless they came on something other than a Vette. Regardless, I like 'em better than the plastic caps!
