I got mine used on this forum, they come up once every so often. There was also a guy that sold them new on ebay, forgot his username. Some of the vendors carry them.

The most modern/clean looking lights are LEDs (anywhere, not just tails.)

I prefer the Euro lights because they allow you to have all five brake lights on when you are signalling to slow down for a turn. The way many people drive I want all the brake lights on when I'm stopping. That's why they are required in foreign countries.

yea, the euro lights require a set of bulbs in the amber/clear part for the turn signals. That is why you need to buy a harness to replace the stock one.
If you buy the kit, then you don't need to purchase the harness separately.
