Bruce Springsteen. I saw the Boss getting into a Black late 70's Vette in early 1980 when the E Street band was rehearsing for the River Tour at Clair Brothers Studio in my hometown of Lititz. PA.

I could be incorrect but didn't Steve McQueen want to use his corvette in the movie Bullit, but the script called for a Mustang and he settled for just having them put his vette engine in the Mustang he drove.
