I took about a 200 mile trip today. Much better ride and quieter than the F1's. Seem to hold the road well but I had an 8yo with me and didn't want any pee in my seat. I will post more when I have a better impression.
Nice !! Where did you get them and how much were they (if you don't mind saying) ??
I got them from GT1. I will never buy from them again because I was never sure if I would get them or not. Tomz sells them. They were out when I was ready to order so I went elsewhere. They were $720.00 delivered. Tomz was less by about 50 bucks.
nice lookig tires....
good luck with them for sure.
please do let us know when you push theM A LITTLE HARDER
what about a 255 up front? is it avalable?

treadwear is 280. But they seem softer pushing you thumbnail into them. In 2nd gear I don't get near the wheelspin I got with the F1's. I have not tried a drag launch yet. I will post more as I drive them. I can say that on asphault they are about even with the F1's, however on cement they seem to really hook much better than the F1's.
This video explains alot about how they are designed. http://youtube.com/watch?v=KyWMTiXPbLQ
Its been a couple of weeks now. So far so good. They seem better thans the F1s in cooler weather. Had a chance to do some launches on asphault and cement. Asphault, they work pretty good but once they they start spinning they are gone. You gott pretty much let all the way off to get them back. On cement they are great! They hook really really well. Not drag radial good but better than the F1s for sure. As far as pressure 30 to 32psi seems to work best for launching. I had them as low as 26 and they didn't do so well. Just a spin to clean is all you need. They seem spin more if you get them smoking hot. I run them at 30 for daily driving and the ride is good. They make a little noist at high speed but I can now talk on my phone and hear the other person. I will post more in a few weeks or sooner if get to the track.

The rear tire in the picture appears to be narrow. My GY F1 Supercar tires measure 10.5 inches across the portion of the tread that actually contacts the road (not including the portion of the tread shoulder that turns up into the sidewall). Do you know how wide the same portion of the tread is on the rear tires of the Vredesteins?
Really nice looking tires, and love the tread design. Wish I'd known about these before I bought the GY F1 GS-D3s. What is the model number or name for these in the Vredestein line?
