Console leds
Tstar gave me this idea for lighting the console lid
I mounted the red led strip that I took off my license plate area under the lid
I seperated the cover from the lid and strung the wires between,drilled a small hole thru the hinge for wires
You only have to take out the rear half of the console to do this. I wired in a pin switch from radio shack into the - wire and wired both wires into the aux power outlet in the console.Switch must be a normally closed switch.

I wasnt finished!
This is the switch I used.It has the perfect dimensions for this.
This is where I mounted the switch,it mounts from the bottom
The final look turned out nice!Thanks Tim
Its a subtle look but sure fills a dark area!I'm running out of leds,Thank God........Whoops, have a couple more orders coming in
