2003 Z06 Milestone Addition Value ???
Found a 2003 Milestone addition Z06 local with 18k miles. It's electron blue and 1/1000 produced. The car is in average to clean condition with week tires. Any idea what the " Milestone" addition would be worth over a regular 2003 Z06? I like the car but don't want to get reemed on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These were done by Dana Forrester in '02 and '03 for the corvette museum to the best of my knowledge and could be had on any model only in red, white or blue. I am not aware of any premium above the stock models for these.

Yes, they were made in all 3 body styles. The Z06 only came in electron blue with mod red interior. This car has all the features noted by the corvette museum minus the decal package. If I hear everyone correct, I should not pay a premium for this car. If that's the case, it's overpriced.

What was the retail price of the package? You can depreciate the price of the package the same as a comparable z06. For example, if the car has depreciated 50% and that package was $2000, then the package is worth $1000. Remember you don’t get the value of the NCM membership or brick and if the signed limited edition print is not included.
I would say if there were only 1000 made,it would be very desirable to have one of these. Does this Z06 have the large graphics on the side? I would think this would turn most off? If it doesn"t have the graphics and all trhe documentations are in order, I would think it would be a desirable car to own.
How much is it worth to you to NOT have to explain to everyone you see while owning the Corvette that those are NOT Pep Boys stickers on the side and yes, really, it's a special edition car..."
Seriously, though, since no one seems to have heard of this I can't imagine it's a high-demand card. If you really like it and want to keep it like that forever, maybe you'll see some token return for the package down the road (though keep in mind overall it will likely depreciate much as any other C5)

I have never had to explain away my decals. If you like it go for it. Possibly someday to the right person they may be willing to pay slightly more than w/o Milestone Pkg.
If I wanted a special edition C5, I would get a Commemorative Edition Z06. I don't see the Milestone Edition ever meaning as much to the value of a Vette as say, the Yenko name meant to the Camaros. Maybe that's a bad comparison, but I guess IMHO, it's not worth a huge premium.

Hey, I didn't mean any offense by that. I think the pace car packages are well-recognized and the indy logo gives it cred. The ones on the car posted in the thread though...

This car is does not have the graghics except the one on the windshield. It does have all the other options like the plaque on the ashtray door and the chrome shift ball. It has the signed fuel rail covers and the Blackwing intake. It also has the custom milestone floor mats. The car was sold new local and the owner has added kooks longtubes and x pipe. They're asking mid 30's

None taken For the OP I think the price maybe a little high, and I would not use the milestone designation as a premium up-charge. That being said try your area for comparable Z's and use their price range to help with your decision.

it would be desireable "IF" it were a factory option, which it is not.
so in my opinion, it's not worth much more than any other '03 Z06.
