E/M and Options, light up, intermittent ?

E/M and Options, light up, intermittent ?
Hi again,
OK the Vette is pretty much defect free, but at night, with headlights on, etc., I now notice at the right side of buttons when lit, sometimes the bottom 2 of 5 buttons, E/M and Options is either on or off, which is annoying me.
Why just those 2, does not 1 lamp illuminate all 5 buttons ?
What is the fix ? Is it easy or complicated ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
