Caliper compatibilty question??

I'd like to know if a set of front and rear calipers from an '01 Vert will be equally comparable in and size, performance & value as an '03 Z06's calipers?

Is there any difference besides color? I 'm thinking of replacing the Z's for the verts cause i want to paint them. The verts have no color.

they're the same thing. cept most shops charge more because they are already painted red and what ever they start claimining but performance will be the same.

Paint color is the only difference between the "stock" C5 calipers and the Z06 calipers.

Buy some calipers from a salvage yard, clean em and have them powdercoated. Swap em and sell your Z06 calipers...somebody will pay for an "upgrade." lol.
