Silver C5 Pic Request
I was wondering if any fellow C5 lovers could post some pics of their silver C5's for me. I know GM had 3 variations of silver from 97-04 on the Corvette. I believe 97-00 used Sebring Silver Metallic, while 01-03 had Quicksilver Metallic, and Machine Silver Metallic for the 04's. I know there is one silver that seems to stand out moreso than the others, but I wasn't sure which one it was. I'm thinking Quicksilver is the brighter, more shiny of the bunch. The reason I ask is because I sold my 01 Torch Red C5 and found an 03 that is just like brand new.
I though I saw a thread like this a couple of years ago, but the search function turned up nothing.

i have sebring silver (a 99 vette) and when parked next to a quicksilver vette the only difference i could tell was the quicksilver seemed to have bigger sparkle flakes in it and seemed a little brighter. This was from looking very closley at both cars paint. as far as machine silver goes i didnt know they made c5s in that color i thought that was new for the c6 but i could be wrong. good luck

I have pics from a dinner meeting at Bone Daddy's in Dallas last year. I should have gotton all 3 silvers together for 1 pic...
My observations is that Quick Silver is the brightest, then Sebring, then Machine Silver.
