I believe that it means how long ago they updated their data from the dealerships.

If you try a "today" search at the right time of the day (not sure what that is), you'll come back with very few results because they haven't accumulated all of their data from the dealerships for today. Switch to "yesterday" and your search results will return many more hits because "yesterday's" data was compiled the day before.

For example, once I did a search using "today" and the results came back with inventory from only one dealership. I changed the search to "yesterday" and got results from tons more dealerships.

Thus, "today" will give you the most up-to-date inventory, but you may be missing some dealerships. "yesterday" should give you a fuller listing of Corvettes, but since the data is a day old, there's a chance some of the cars on it may have been sold and not reflected in "yesterday's" data.

I'm not sure what anyone would use a "one week" search for.
