Use the manual raising ***** inside the engine compartment. Or raise them, and then unplug the motor wiring harnesses, then turn off the lights. This will turn the lights off, but keep them in the raised position.

On Mine I Just Turn The Headlights All The Way On, Leave Them On For A Couple Seconds Then Turn It Back One Notch As If Just The Parking Lights Would Be On And They Turn Off But The Lamps Stay Up.
