Default Blue C5 on Pass Time?

Anyone see Pass Time on Speed last night, 3/26? Smoking blue C5 ran a 10.8 anyone on here?
There was a red C6 also that looked like a Z06, it had hood, fenders, wheels, brakes from a Z06, owner said it was just a C6 make to look like a Z06, pretty crazy.

I saw it. Blue one was just flat out nasty, now as far as that fake zo6 hhmmmm it looked good I just couldn't understand why he had to use zo6 badging-- At least he ran a respectable # for a C6.

Missed it, but a 10.8 ET is moving it down the track.

The C5 had I believe a 441 on the motor, no nitrous, and went 10.90 or 10.80 @ 129mph. I was really impressed with the 94Z28, blower with 16lbs of boost, he went 10.90 and almost threw it into the wall two or three times down the track. It was insane.

The owner did state that he had some motor mods planned for the future. In my opinion if you clone your car to look like a new Z06, you'd better have something under the hood to back it up.

I remember talking to Wil Cooksey back in 2004 about the upcomging C6 Z06. He mentioned that there would be several body changes in order to prevent people from cloning the Z06. Just leave it to the aftermarket and a bunch of hot rodders to find a way around that.

Pass time is coming to Montgomery, AL on April 25, 26. I may just have to haul my Nova down there to make a pass on the show.

I saw the show and the blue C5 was "sick"....10.8! The C6 on the other hand....in my opinion....I can understand putting on the body kit of the Z06, but dont put on the Z06 badging. Thats just my opinion. Either way....both were beautiful cars!
