pull the terminals off the battery and clean them. Check and see if your grounds are clean and tight.
After you do the above, turn your headlights on and try to start. Do the headlights dim a lot or go out and/or you hear a clicking? If so, take the battery to AutoZone or Advance and they will do a free "load test". If the lights stay bright, check the connections at the starter. Do you have an Auto or M6?
Post results.

I pulled the battery, cleaned all terminals and reinstalled. I only get a slight dim on starting with the lights on. It's a M6. I check the starter connection next.
If none of the above works, 9 times out of 10 it is your starter starting to go bad. You can replace it yourself in about 1-2 hours plus about $100 for a rebuilt starter with a lifetime warranty or take it to the stealership and they will charge about $600 (at least that was the quote I was given).
