Contact me ASAP. I have tried to contact you today with no results.
You may have shipped me the wrong motor. The engine I received today does not have ANY Eagle parts, appears to have a CAST crank, and DEFINITELY has a SPUN bearing!!!!!! The cap was loose and when I removed it, the problem was very evident.
Contact me ASAP. I will need my money back ASAP.

Well, the good news is that the military brass don't play when it comes to making the uniform look bad. If you can't contact him, contact the base. They'll find him real fast and help get any problems resolved.
