Yellow Corvette Owners.. Question?

Yellow Corvette Owners.. Question?
I am stuck between a White vert with red interior or a yellow vert. with black or red interior. My question is, how do you like the yellow. I just dont know if I would be satisifed. How is the resale value? Thanks for serious replies.

Based on your wording I'd take the safe way out and go for the white vert w/red int. Looks classic. MY w/red int is wild and I like but locating one will take time and cost you extra. Blk int with the top down I don't know.

Yea I really like the white and red. I found one in MS but I dont want to rush into one. I have had a few C4 coupes but ready for a C5 vert. I found a 40k mile yellow for a decent price so I was just wondering what you guys thought. Thanks for the replies so far.

Had a MY 03 Z06 and now have an 06 VY Z06. Both with black interior. IMHO, you need to really decide what you like, and not worry too much about what the next guy thinks. As for resale, I don't know if there is much difference. Question again, are you buying for resale, or to have a ride you'll enjoy driving - that's what they are for. Personnaly, I think white says conservative while yellow screams sports car. Whatever you decide, DRIVE her.

Yellow looks racey especially if one were to highlight areas with some black/charcoal graphics...but resale value for some reason is LOW...

i was planning on looking for a year for yellow before i would consider another color so i'm biased. my wife didnt like it at first and if you dont like attention then get white because you get alot of comments and attention. it is very positive attention 99% of the time and i love it-01 vert with black interior.

Just bought a 2000 Millennium Yellow vert with black interior and 33K on the clock two weeks ago, trading in my 1990 Z51 coupe with 136K.
Love the new car. Miss the old one for sentimental reasons (it was my first Corvette), but the new C5 is light years better than the old car.

I have a MY 03 Coupe. It's the first yellow car I've ever owned and I was more than a little apprehensive when I bought it. I was afraid I might regret the color choice.
After five years of ownership I can say that I've been more than happy with the color. The only downside that I can think of is the fact that this color is so visable from a long distance which makes it very noticeable by our friendly LEOs.
