Assuming you have stock coupe sizes now, a 275/40 -18 has too big of a sidewall height to use on the front. Again assuming you went with a 9.5" or 10" width 18" diameter wheel, you would want a 35 profile tire (e.g., 275/35-18). For a 19x11" rear, probably a 305/30-19 tire would work (or a 305/35 - not sure what sizes are readily available in 19s). As part of doing your homework, you need to check the tire mfrs' specs to see what range of wheel widths will work for any given tire size.
A tire calculator has the 245/40/18 nearly dead equal to 245/45/17. I might just go with 18's all around. My gripe is that the front 17 inch wheels look too small and the tire sidewall looks too tall. I like the 18s in the rear.
Any thoughts on not staggering to 19 in the rear with 18s in the front?
